Our bright and inviting studio’s offer a safe, body positive space to explore your movement potential.

We offer a range of Reformer Pilates Classes for all levels and abilities from our location in Courtenay, BC.

With a focus on strength and flexibility, our Group Classes are offered 6 days a week, with a variety of skill levels and pass options to choose from.

We work to empower our clients with a new understanding and appreciation for how their body functions, while providing the tools necessary to optimise movement in your day to day.

Our fall semester runs from September 9th - December 20th

Classes are available for Drop In and Pre-registered spots. Classes with less than 3 registered participants on the Friday prior will be cancelled and students will be notified. Due to limited availability, classes cancelled by students within 24 hours of your scheduled class will be considered a “late cancel” and be charged in full.
